Concerts

December 9, 10 & 11 I will premiere my latest project, “The Uninvited Guest” in Eureka Festival 2011 at the Dance Place.   DPM company members and community guest dancers will be a part of this work.

January 13-14, 2012 DPM will host a sacred dance conference at the University of Maryland at College Park Dance Department.  For more information and to register, please visit www.dancingbythepower.com.

March 9-11, 2012 DPM children and youth ensembles, along with the company will travel to Raleigh, NC to take part in the Jubilate Dance Conference.  I will teach classes and the company will present work.

March 17 and 18, 2012 DPM children and youth ensembles will minister “Freedom” in the 2012 Dance Place Youth Festival!  For more information, visit www.danceplace.org.

April 30, 2012 at 6pm DPM: Movement Matters Company will minister “Stuck” at Busboys and Poets (1025 5th Street NW Washington, DC)  as part of a benefit concert in support of World Malaria Day.

June 2, 2012 DPM: Movement Matters Company will minister a piece on Identity as part of the “Heart of Father” weekend workshop at Convergence- A Creative Community of Faith.  I will lead a teaching on the Creative Imagination of God.  To register, visit www.deborahandcompany.eventbrite.com.
